Every teacher can improve, and exploring the simple, time-friendly methods for doing so can not only result in better learning in the classroom, but a more satisfying academic and professional environment for everyone. Using time well, whether for instructional planning or team building, is the core element in fostering and sharing successes that allow a community to better understand a school's strengths. The workshop will include simple tools and techniques for getting better individually and as a team, along with strategies for tapping the talents of all students and adults working to make learning something special.
